"West Woods" minor fixes and changes.

This is a very small update purpose of which is to fix some minor bugs and provide some gameplay changes.

This includes:
(Hopefully) Fixed monster not appearing during endgame cutscene.
Fixed  visitors sometimes answering out of contex.

Minor gameplay changes:
Tweaked window "ignore" timing so that monster doesn't disseapear immediately.
Tweaked answers probability so that doppelganger is less likely to appear like a normal person.
